Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all included parts and packaging where reasonably possible. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Use our Contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for our return instructions and return address before sending anything. The address shown on a delivery package may not be the return address.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for return shipping when you change your mind or select the wrong item. If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless required by law. We will identify any product-specific return restrictions clearly on the product page before purchase.

Changes, cancellations, and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the request can be completed before dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, or remedies, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
